Automatic Billing & Renewal

By purchasing any product on a subscription basis, you authorize OnePeptideCo to automatically charge the payment method on file every 30 days at the applicable subscription price. Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days until canceled in accordance with these terms.

Automatic Shipment

Following each successful recurring payment, your subscription order will be prepared and shipped to the address provided. Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping and payment information current.

Changes to Your Subscription

Any changes to your subscription, including products, quantities, or shipping information, must be submitted in writing by email at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing and shipment date. Requests received after this deadline may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

90-Day Minimum Subscription Period

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 90 days. Subscriptions may be canceled after the initial 90-day period by providing at least 30 days’ written notice by email.

Recurring charges and shipments that fall within the required 30-day cancellation notice period will continue as scheduled.

Processed Orders

Once a recurring payment has been processed or an order has entered fulfillment, that order cannot be canceled or modified due to a late cancellation or change request.

Payment Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If a recurring payment is declined, OnePeptideCo may attempt to process the payment again and/or suspend future shipments until payment is successfully received.
